Sai Developers & Builders exists today because of the standard our late founder set for it in 1979, beginning with our very first project, Pramila Apartments in Sambhaji Nagar. That first development laid the foundation for a way of building rooted in transparency, integrity and a refusal to cut corners, even when it would have been easier to. Every landmark we've delivered since carries that discipline forward.
His vision was simple and exacting at once: build responsibly, build for the long term, and never let a family down. Eighteen years, three development verticals and over a thousand families later, that vision remains the reason for our success and the standard everything we build is still measured against.

Sumit Prakash Medshinge founded SPM Constructions in 2015 with a clear purpose: to raise the standard of quality, precision and execution in Maharashtra's construction landscape. Building on the integrity of a family legacy that began in 1979, he set out to create a construction company that treats every structure as a promise to the families who will live and work in it.
Under his direction, SPM Constructions serves as the execution arm behind Sai Developers & Builders' projects, where planning, craftsmanship and timelines are held to uncompromising standards. His approach is hands-on: close attention to detail on site, honest communication with clients, and a refusal to cut corners, even when it would be easier to.
